Returns Policy:
1. Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please go to https://anujatrends.com/contact-us/, fill the form and in the drop down box, select your option or contact us at support@anujatrends.com with your order number and reason for return. After complete this process you will get RMA Number (Returns Merchandise Authorization Number)
2. Return Processes:
After getting notification from your end, we will book your parcel as RETURN and same will be collected by our courier partners. Please see that you place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
3. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
4. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you for the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the customer bank account within 7 working days.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product for further assistance.
7. Video Clips
Our general advice for damage and other natural defects kindly attach proper video clips so we will understand easily how it occurred.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@anujatrends.com. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Changes to Orders:
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
4. Out-of-Stock Items:
In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly, and a refund or substitution will be offered.
